We value an enjoyable working environment and our work-life balance. We thrive as a team who enjoy each other’s company. We occasionally organise social events outside of the office such as bowling, dinner etc. It also helps that we recently relocated to an office in a buzzing part of London, London Bridge.
Our team also loves to travel so what better way to spend time together outside of work than annual company retreats. Last year, we kicked off the tradition with a trip to Budapest.
The AGH team knows that success cannot be achieved without hard work but we also recognise that to maintain success the work environment needs to be fun and the team needs to gel.
As an SME, we like to work a little differently to the large healthcare companies.
