Get Certified and CPD points with Virtual DILAPAN-S Training

We are excited to announce a new series of virtual DILAPAN-S training webinars. These 30-minute sessions are hosted by a DILAPAN-S specialist, offering a unique opportunity to either obtain your DILAPAN-S certification or refresh your existing knowledge.

Why Attend a Virtual DILAPAN-S Training Session?

1. Get Certified and Stay Current

  • Certification and Revalidation: Following the session and successful completion of the competency assessment, all attendees will receive a DILAPAN-S competency certificate. This certification can be added to your revalidation portfolio and CPD log.

  • Stay Informed: Whether you're new to DILAPAN-S or performed hundreds of insertions, attending a virtual training session ensures you are up-to-date with the latest practices and data.


2.  Flexible Learning

  • Virtual Accessibility: The sessions are held online every two months on the last Friday of the month at 12 noon.

  • Time-Efficient: The training lasts approximately 30 minutes, plus additional time for an interactive Q&A session. This concise format ensures you gain valuable knowledge without significant time away from your practice. You only need to attend 1 session to gain certification.


3. Comprehensive Content

  • How DILAPAN-S Works: Gain a thorough understanding of the unique mode of action of DILAPAN-S.

  • Insertion and Removal Process: Learn how to insert and remove DILAPAN-S to achieve optimal outcomes and enhance maternal comfort.

  • RCTs and Clinical Data: Review the latest randomised controlled trials (RCTs) and clinical data on key outcomes with DILAPAN-S versus other IOL methods.

  • Q&A Session: Engage with a DILAPAN-S specialist to answer all your questions.
