We want to ensure you have the best possible experience with our products. If for whatever reason you are not completely satisfied, please read the information below to find out how to start your return.
Terms and Conditions
If you need to return a product purchased directly from Advanced Global Health Ltd, please get in touch with us using the contact form. A member of our team will contact you within 3 working days and advise the next steps.
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, products are eligible for return up to 14 days after receipt. However, products with temperature sensitive storage conditions are not eligible for return past 14 days of receipt. These products include:

AmniSure® ROM (Rupture of [fetal] Membranes) Test - sold in boxes of 25 units

PartoSure® Test - sold in boxes of 20 units

DILAPAN-S® - sold in boxes of 25 units

Lumella® Preeclampsia Test System – contains 10 test cartridges, 1 reader, and 1 RFID card

Lumella® Preeclampsia Test Kit Box – sold in boxes of 20 units

Dandle·LION® Gel Pillows - sold in boxes of 12 and 25 units
If a product arrives faulty or past the date of expiration, a return will be accepted at any point after receipt. In cases where the product has not arrived faulty or past the date of expiration, and has at least a 6 month shelf life remaining the customer is required to ship the product to an Advanced Global Health Ltd facility, in which an address will be provided.
Please note, any products purchased via NHS Supply Chain cannot be returned directly to Advanced Global Health Ltd. Please follow the NHS Supply Chain returns policy as outlined on the website or contact your local NHS Supply Chain representative.
